Develop new user-facing features. Determine the structure and design of web pages, build reusable code, optimize page loading times, and use markup languages to create web pages.

Understand business problems and derive meaningful, optimized, and scalable technical solutions. Develop automated workflows to streamline service requests, approvals, and fulfillment processes.

Enhance user interfaces and experiences using best design practices. Work with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, design solutions, and manage timelines.

Monitor application performance, implement improvements, facilitate rollout of new modules, and document changes and developments.

Travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Up to 25% domestic travel based on project/client requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Engineering/Technology + 2 years experience in Java, Linux, Unix, Windows, MySQL, HTML, BMC Remedy ITSM, CMDB, Helix Smart IT, Power BI, Jenkins, Ansible, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit Reporting.
